This restaurant gives extraordinary service and enjoyable food. One of the best restaurant in the area. The food and drinks came out fast and the prices were inexpensive. I recommend this place.
Ordered a Garlic Chill Chicken which clearly states a sauce. On arrival the dish had no sauce whatsoever. I called to ask them and was told the spinach was the sauce. Forewarned potential customers ordering this it is a very dry dish and does not come with sauce. I will try to upload a photo as unable to writing this review
Very disappointing ! Just received a delivery, the lamb samosas were full of frozen peas and the vegetable curry was full of potatoes . The biryani was also full of potato Definitely not worth £12.. I left more than I ate 31/03/2021
Not sure if it was to do with lockdown or new chefs, but these days the quality is not the same as it used to be. We used to eat in and order takeaway every week from Ginger spice, food was good before.. The last 3 or 4 times have been disappointing. Some of the staff are nice guys (the manager is always miserable doesn't even want to make eye contact).. The food is not good any more, Dry bajji's, stale tasting popadoms, watered down mint sauce just to name a few. seems like a lack of love goes in to the food now or they're just making cutbacks? Looking for a new Indian place to dine now, Ginger spice also overcharges.
This is by far the worse Indian restaurant I have dined at. The food was below average and over priced. The service was bit lousy and the whole ambience was rather gloomy. Didn’t like it at all absolutely appalled. Wouldn’t recommend it. We ordered prawn puri for starters that didn't have any flavour and not enough prawns mostly sauteed onions. Secondly the food we ordered when it was presented it didn't really match the description on the menu.
